Yes, we have a minimum job cost of at least $1,000.00 for local installations (Palm Beach and Broward Counties), and a larger minimum for jobs that are not local. Please contact our office for further details.
We no longer offer residential services; however, we will complete a residential property for an entire HOA.
We offer blown-in mulch installations for North Miami-Dade County, Broward County, Palm Beach County, Martin County, St. Lucie County, and South Indian River County.
During off season months, February-August, a one- to two-week notice should give us enough time to schedule your installation. If you would like your mulch installation scheduled during seasonal months September-January, you should schedule your installation at least 4 to 5 months in advance.
We schedule all installations on a first-come-first-serve basis, and we do not schedule any installations without a signed proposal. We cannot guarantee an installation date until we have an accepted proposal.
A&W Mulch Installations, Inc. only does installation of the mulch. We do not do landscape maintenance, remove mulch, or any preparation of the landscape beds prior to installation.
Here is what to expect.
We will meet with you on site to go over the specifications of your job. If you do not have time to meet with an estimator, don’t worry, we have you covered. You can send us a site map of your property or let us know the job specifications, and we will handle the rest.
Within 24 to 48 hours of completing your estimate, we will submit a written proposal to you. If you would like to move forward with your installation, simply send back your accepted proposal, and we will schedule your installation.
Our crew will begin installing mulch at your property. We will give you an estimated time frame of how long the job will take, and we will update you on the progress.
